All Ameda & Medela warranty claims are handled on your behalf. Please contact us if you are experiencing any problems with products purchased from us that are under warranty. Our trained staff will endeavour to solve the issue as quickly as possible. However, with all warranty claims, the customer is to be responsible for the shipping charges required.

In a case of receiving a faulty product, we (OKMart Online) will be responsible for the postage associated with returning the product.
