Instructions for use:
Before using your steriliser, please ensure that you read these instructions thoroughly

NOTE: The bottle brush included in this kit is not suitable for sterilisation by any method. Simply rinse and allow to dry.
before first use - to ensure best hygiene
1. Place your Tommee Tippee Electronic Steam Steriliser on a flat heat resistant surface.
2. Remove all bottles and accessories from steriliser.
3. Pour 80ml of water into steriliser.
4. Close the lid, connect the lead into the back of the steriliser and plug into the mains supply. The digital display will
show 0.
5. Press the steriliser start switch and allow the steriliser to progress through a cycle until the digital display shows 3.
6. Switch off at the mains and unplug the lead. Take care: the unit will be hot. Remove the main body and wipe dry.
Pour away any remaining water from the base and wipe dry.
7. Your sterilizer is now ready for use.

Warning

DO NOT heat a sealed bottle in a microwave. Remove teat, screw ring and hood.
• Always use this product with adult supervision and never leave your baby alone with drinking equipment.
• Keep all components that are not in use out of the reach of children.
• Before first use clean the product.
• Always wash the product immediately after use.
• Inspect before each use and pull the teat in all directions. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness.
• Never use feeding teats as a soother.
• Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay even when non sweetend fluids are used.
• Do not leave the teat in direct sunlight, near a source of heat or in disinfectant (“sterilising solution”) for longer than
recommended, as this may weaken the teat.
• Heating food in a microwave oven may produce localised high temperatures.
• Always check food temperature before feeding.
Note:
• Breastfeeding is the natural method of feeding babies and breastmilk is the normal food for babies.
• Introducing partial bottle feeding can have a negative effect on breastfeeding. Reversing the decision not to
breastfeed can be difficult.
